Why don't people distribute things like articles by signing them with a GPG key? All these different ways of accessing information, when they could be distributed anywhere, including via sneakernet. If stuff was distributed by sneakernet as GPG-signed files, then most privacy issues disappear, and censorship could be somewhat averted. Basically sneakernet email lists.
